2013 Annual General Meeting

Thursday June 13th, 2013
7.30 pm – 9 pm
Birkenhead Library and Civic Centre

View, download and/or print: 2012 AGM Minutes

The focus of the AGM is ‘Our Community’

This will be an opportunity to share your thoughts about the issues for Birkenhead people to consider in the upcoming elections…

Plus you’ll learn about the Birkenhead Civil Defence Response Plan (i.e. what to do in an emergency) and get updates on current local issues, such as the Boarding House at 194 Hinemoa Street.

Please join us – the formal part of the AGM will be short, so there will be plenty of time for updates and discussion of issues.

There are two levels of membership available.

Individual (one person) for $10.00
Family/household or Business for $20.00

Payment options:

  • Electronically: Internet Banking or Cash deposit
