BIRKENHEAD PROPERTIES LIMITED has applied for resource consent to develop its properties at 20, 32 and 34 Park Avenue, Northcote to create a total of 26 additional vacant residential lots.

According to the proposal this development will establish new impervious areas, undertaking of earthworks, removal of existing vegetation including trees and filling of an existing watercourse to facilitate the subdivision development. Therefore the proposal requires regional, land use and subdivision consents under the relevant planning documents.

The proposal is subject to a land use and subdivision consent for a Non-Complying Activity
